Anzaforge provides digital development services including but not limited to: • Mobile application development • Web platform development • UI/UX design services • Cloud infrastructure solutions • Consulting and technical advisory All services are provided 'as is' and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Anzaforge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Work products created specifically for clients under contract will be transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the project agreement. All other materials remain the property of Anzaforge.

You agree not to: • Use our services for any illegal purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt our services • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on the rights of others Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anzaforge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
